In this advanced course on negotiation skills, we go further into the elements covered in the introductory course and build on them to make you the best possible negotiator.
What am I learning?
The course focuses on practical elements so that you can try out the techniques discussed and become comfortable with them. In addition, we also take a closer look at who you are as a negotiator and conduct an analysis of you and your strengths and weaknesses at the negotiating table. All this to give you a good understanding of your natural tendencies when it comes to negotiations, which is important to know in order to avoid your counterpart using them to their advantage.
This course is also conducted in small groups to allow for exercises, subsequent discussions and personal follow-up.
