I am very glad to be able to announce the cooperation with where we have partnered up to create an online course focusing on how to best negotiate and resolve conflict in today's globalized world.

The course addresses all the necessary steps of a negotiation you need to be aware of, from your own mindset to preparations and further on to how to negotiate to give you the highest possibility of a successful outcome. The course will also give you insights as to what you can do to come out on top when things are not going well or when you have a difficult counterpart. Participating in this course is also Jeanette Ohlsson Carlborg, founder of Kulturlänk AB, who in her segment will address some of the key topics to be aware of when negotiating and resolving conflict with people from different countries and cultures than your own.
